Cleaning; care and maintenance
Before first use 1. Wash pan with warm soapy water. 2. Boil water (half pot) for 5-10 minutes. 3. Pour off the water and wipe the surface. 4. Put 1-2 spoons of cooking oil on the surface. 5. Wash with water before next use.
Precautions for use 1. Pay attention to the even heat conduction of the pan. The highest heat level is only for heating pots or boiling water. When cooking food; please adjust the fire level in time; and use medium or small fire power to achieve the expected cooking quality. Heating an empty pan (dry cooking) may damage the nonstick coating. Please do not leave the pan heating unattended; especially if you are using an induction hob. Otherwise the temperature may reach a critical point very quickly. 2. The cleaning pan has good non-stick performance. To clean; use hot water and detergent; and clean with a soft sponge or soft dish brush. Under no circumstances should you use a hard metal brush to clean the pan; as this could scratch or even completely damage the coating. If you need to clean stubborn stains; please add dish soap and hot water to the pot; let it stand for a while before cleaning; the effect will be better.
